Mattia Dugheri

Mattia Dugheri began his musical journey with piano studies before dedicating himself entirely to the classical guitar. In 2022 he graduated with highest distinction from the “Luigi Boccherini” Conservatory in Lucca, where he is currently pursuing his master’s degree under the guidance of the renowned guitarist Giampaolo Bandini. He refines his artistry in masterclasses with internationally acclaimed musicians such as Thomas Müller-Pering, Dušan Bogdanović, Pierre Bibault, Petri Kumela, Lorenzo Micheli and Aniello Desiderio. At the same time, he develops his interest in conducting, studying at the “Cherubini” Conservatory in Florence with Maestro Alessandro Pinzauti.

The artist is a laureate of numerous prestigious guitar competitions, having won first prizes at the “Città di Massa”, “Davide Lufrano Chaves”, “Riviere Etrusca” and “Riviera della Versilia” competitions. He also triumphed in the “Young People Play Petrassi” competition and was awarded the distinguished Goffredo Petrassi Prize at the International Course
“Premio Riccardo Cercocchi”.
